Update on CB21 – Prior to Transfer CCC Curriculum Inventory Fiscal Services Web Applications Upgrade to Data Submission/Data Mart V2 Employee Data Work Group Changes for Summer 2010 Website Downtime for 2010 Questions
The Chancellor’s Office began accepting the Master Course File updates on March 1, 2010. All data submissions and resubmissions must reflect the new CB21, new CB22 and TOP Code changes. A conference call with the district staff responsible for CB21 changes can be beneficial in dealing with edit errors.
Common Problems: Correction vs. New Control Number Active and Inactive, effect of changes on history TOP Code
A noncredit course with a TOP code listed in the CB21 coding instructions may have a code of Y if the course is coded as basic skills and the course is not in a sequence.

Ready for Summer 2010 submission • Must use the test site before production site • Process will flow from submission to reports • Existing reports will be evaluated • Many of the analysis reports to the data mart
