14. 监理方式创新 Innovative Supervision Modes • 常规的文件审核、现场见证设备监理方式不能发现设备材质存在原发性内在质量缺陷，不能发现制造厂不进行100%检查造成的漏检或检查不严误判产生的质量缺陷。公司将设备制造过程中的金属检验作为控制制造质量的主要手段，明确了检验项目、方法、数量，在设备制造过程中使用检测仪器进行超声、磁粉、射线、渗透、金相、硬度等方法对设备的原材料材质、焊缝、厚度进行检测，极大地提高了设备质量过程中的质量 。 • The conventional plant engineering consulting mode of document examination and on-site inspection can not enable us to find out intrinsic defects in equipment quality and defects that were not checked by the manufacturer as it only checked carelessly or part of their products. We mainly focus on metal inspection in equipment manufacturing as a mean of controlling the quality, making clear how to inspect, what and how many to be inspected. 17. 监理成效 Achievements in Consulting Engineering • 公司2008年共对20个火电、3个水电、4个风电项目实施了设备监理，涉及280台套设备。发现质量缺陷1161项，其中监检513项，常规监理648项。监检发现重大缺陷达20项，监理15项；其中，某个项目仅1台锅炉和汽机的26个部件就存在缺陷30余项，检查出P91集箱角焊缝存在长裂纹等重大质量缺陷。 • In 2008, 20 thermal power plants, 3 hydropower plants, and 4 wind power plants projects, involving 280 sets of equipment are under the plant engineering consultancy. We have found out 1161 defects, 513 found in inspection consulting engineering and 648 in regular consulting engineering. There found 20 vital defects in inspection consulting engineering and 15 in regular consulting engineering. In a project, 30 defects existed in just 1 set of boiler and 26 parts of turbine, and long cracks occurred on the welding seam of P91 header. • 通过采用检测设备进行制造过程中的检查，发现了诸如材质错用、集箱内有大量的遗留物、大板梁焊缝存在贯穿性裂纹、汽轮机转子毛坯报废等重大质量缺陷，挽回了损失，保证了基建建设工期。同时，极大地避免了机组生产运营中的事故率，取得了较好的综合效益，赢得了客户的好评。 • By inspection through detection devices, we have found out vital defects such as misused materials, remainders in the header, penetrating cracks on the welding seam of the plate girder, and scrapped turbine rotor blank. We retrieved losses, guaranteed projects schedule, prevented potential accidents in operation, got good comprehensive effects, and gained high reputation from our clients.
