Advanced Manufacturing Enterprise (AME) http://qt1.accelerateu.org/wflboces/success/TravisMontgomery.mp4 • 47 students between both WTCC and FLTCC in June of 2016 • 46 students between both WTCC and FLTCC in June of 2017 • 76 students between both WTCC and FLTCC in June of 2018 • 2015 W-FL BOCES awarded 1 million dollar CFA grant in conjunction with M1, M2, GV BOCES and RSCD
Summer Advanced Manufacturing Experience (SAME) • Supported by FAME and Wayne County WIB • Geared toward students completing 8-10th grades • Students earn 3 FREE college credits from MCC for course TAM 141 • Students complete projects in both the machining/ welding shops and experience working with computer aided design programs (CAD) • 2016 Year 1- 10 students from 6 districts • Funded by AT&T grant • 2017 Year 2- 19 students from 11 districts
