What title do you want for your weblog? The URL should be similar but with no spaces. Don’t forget to type in the letters you see (to stop robots).
If the address is already taken, don’t panic. Just choose one of the alternatives.
…your weblog will be created. (You will also be given a chance to choose a design for your weblog.) But no-one will be able to visit an empty weblog, so let’s write a very short post. Before doing so, make sure you have written down your Blogger username and password.
