  2. Who is Todd E. Fisch? The founder of Argosy BPO LLC, Todd E. Fisch is a widely recognized name in the sphere of telecommunication and outsourcing. This Florida based company caters over 20 contact centers under administration in Philippines as well as US, Canada and India. Todd was born on September 29, 1961 in New York. In the year 1979, he completed his graduation from the Miami Beach High and later for higher studies attended the New York University. Todd commenced his professional career as a commodities trading adviser in the First trading Group, LTD of California. Afterwards, in the year 1992, he became the executive vice president of the Interactive Telecard Services, a prepaid phone card industry of Miami, Florida. It is due to the persistent hard work and commitment of Todd that the company flourished on a large scale and soon became a well-known provider of promotional phone cards in USA.
