  1. How to Use the User Productivity Kit (UPK)

  2. If you see this screen when you click the UPK link, don’t worry. You can still access the UPK. Just click the “here” link.

  3. This is the homepage of the UPK. You can expand a section by clicking the “+” next to the desired subject area (such as “Non-Exempt Employees”). You can choose a topic from the left-hand column by double-clicking it. The topic “Logging In and Logging Out” is highlighted here.

  4. The UPK opens and you’re ready to move through at your own pace. Follow the instructions in the “Bubble Frames” or use the “Enter” key to advance from screenshot-to-screenshot.

  5. Follow the directions in the Bubble Frame. In this shot, you would click inside the red box.

  6. Use the “Actions” menu in the Bubble Frame to make decisions such as: • Restart the Playback • Go back to the Previous Step • Use the “X” in the upper-right corner of the Bubble Frame to exit the UPK at any time (or use the “x” in the upper-right of the browser window).
