  1. Jeffery David Whippo Describes Behavioral Interviewing's Significance A behavioral interview is important, as Jeffery David Whippo explains. He claims that using behavioral interviewing techniques can reveal information about a candidate's past behavior as well as their potential future behavior. This method evaluates a candidate's suitability for a position based on their prior experience. In comparison to standard interview questions, Jeffery D Whippo feels that behavioral interview questions are more incisive, in- depth, and targeted. To identify the top applicants, employers typically undertake non-technical behavioral interviews. He says that it's critical to realize that there are no right or incorrect responses in the behavioral interview. The interviewer is merely attempting to ascertain the candidate's behavior in a certain scenario and, more importantly, what lessons they took away from it. Since there are no right or wrong answers in a behavioral interview, concentrate on being sincere, kind, and considerate. Given that interviewers are prone to confirmation bias, it's crucial to make a good impression even before the first questions are answered. According to Jeffery David Whippo, behavioral interviews follow the same guidelines as conventional interviews. During a behavioral interview, the interviewer looks for a response from the candidate that identifies a particular circumstance, the tasks that need to be completed, the actions the candidate took, and the outcomes.
