He prepares financial statements, supervises maintenance workers, negotiates contractor, supplier, and vendor contracts. Being highly capable real estate manager, he ensures that the property and related finances are optimally managed. He is solely responsible for negotiating rental agreements, purchasing supplies, and supervising staff members and groundskeepers. He also monitors real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments. He oversees maintenance workers, cleaning crews, and contractors. He works to prepare financial statements and records and reports to real estate owners and investors on a regular basis.
