  4. Heavy Equipment Colleges of America (HEC) are private education and training schools specializing in heavy equipment operation. Founded in 2006, HEC is proud to offer a wide range of training programs, such as mobile crane and lattice boom crane operations. Our colleges were quickly named approved testing sites by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO).
