My education at Phoenix College has been enriched by the variety of resources our instructors provide for our drafting classes such as field trips, guest speakers, and other informational material outside of class. My instructors have been very knowledgeable, personable and helpful and these are the individual characteristics I most appreciate. They really motivate me to do my best.   2. I'm out in the field working as an inspector for our Construction Management department. By the way, that is due to the classes I have had and am taking at Phoenix College. My goal is to obtain an AAS in Civil Engineering Technology and a Certificate in Construction Management.   3. I am originally from Canada and have degrees in Art History and French. After an accident prevented me from returning to my job, I decided to attend Phoenix College to become proficient in using the AutoCAD software to produce engineering drawings.   5. I came to Phoenix College to change careers. My goal is to become an Interior Designer. The Drafting and CAD classes I have taken have prepared me to enter the workforce with the board and computer skills I know I will need to succeed. The CAD Lab has the latest AutoCAD software and new computers and plotters. Since coming to Phoenix College I have decided to earn a Certificate in Computer Aided Drafting.
