Teasing, offhand comments, and isolated incidents are not tolerated, especially harassment that is frequent and serious enough to create an offensive hostile work environment. This includes any adverse affect of the harassment such as being fired or demoted. The harasser can be anyone in the workplace, including supervisors, co-workers, and even clients/customers.
