  2. Essential Question – Bell Ringer If two different cells each contain DNA, how can one cell be classified as prokaryotic and the other eukaryotic? In prokaryotic cells, the DNA floats freely inside the cell, whereas in eukaryotic cells, the DNA is bound by a membrane
