  2. The Post issue refers to Power-On-Self-Test which runs on system startup to check some settings. If any of the checks fails, then it will report a fault and also it will stop on the start-up process. Below are some issues and the suggested solution for particular errors. To diagnose the problem on your laptop, the user needs to consult the diagnostic indicators built into every Dell laptop.

  3. System board failure has occurred • Remove the AC adapter from the Dell laptop. Allow it to drain the power. • Plug it back into the working outlet and press the Power button. • Now, reset all the internal cables and replace the system board. • System board, PSU, or peripheral failure has occurred • Turn off your laptop and make user the AC adapter is connected to it.
