  1. AVG.Com/Setup | AVG.Com/Activate Steps to download and install AVG Security Application on your device that operates on the Android Operating System through Avg.com/setup. To maximize the security from online threats and viruses on your device that operates on an Android-based Operating System, download and install AVG’s Mobile Security for Android through ​Avg.com/setup. ​To do it, follow the steps mentioned herewith: Using AVG Store: 1. Using your Smartphone’s browser, open Avg.com/setup. Under the “Mobile Security” tab tap on “All Mobile Products” to open AVG’s Android Store. 2. Choose the desired AVG Mobile Security Subscription Plan and tap on “Buy Now”. 3. Enter the payment details and personal information and tap on “Agree and Continue” to complete the transaction.

  2. 4. After a successful transaction, tap on the “Download Now” button. The file with the extension “.apk” will be downloaded. 5. Open the downloads section, select the recently downloaded setup file and tap “Install”. 6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Once it’s done, the latest version of the AVG Mobile Security Application will be installed on your Android Device. Using Play Store: 1. Go to the Play Store of your Android Device. Search and select “AVG Antivirus Free - Android Virus Cleaner”, The AVG’s Mobile Security App. Then, tap on “Install” to download and install the application. 2. After downloading, tap “Open” to open the Antivirus Application. 3. The app will now ask to scan your system files, to allow it, tap on “Scan Now”. If prompted, resolve any found issues. 4. Under “Choose your level of Protection”, there are two options to go with. First, Get Complete Protection and second is Continue with Free. 5. If you wish to continue protection for Free, tap on the second option. 6. Else, if you’ve purchased AVG’s Mobile Security subscription plan, tap on “Get Complete Protection”. Then, enter the activation code received in your mail after a successful transaction. 7. Tap on “Confirm”. Wait until the application sets up the things for you. After it’s done, the latest version of the AVG Mobile Security Application will be successfully installed on your Android Device.
