EJEMPLO DE LLENADODEL FORMATO SAT-5 DECLARACION GENERAL DEL PAGO DE DERECHOS Escriba su Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) Y Clave Única de Resgistro de Población (CURP) Mes y año del día en que presenta su pago en el Banco Nombre o razón social SENER Secretaría de Energía Por los servicios que presta la DGGLP de la SENER 400175 Escribir tal y como se muestra Escribir el importe de los trámites y su total Escriba su Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) Y Clave Única de Resgistro de Población (CURP) Firma Escriba su apellido paterno Materno Nombre(s)* * En caso de Personas Morales, sólo puede promover el representante legal.

  2. Escriba su Registro Federal de • Contribuyentes (RFC) • Escriba su Clave Única de • Resgistro de Población (CURP) "El pago puede realizarse a través de la institución bancaria de su preferencia. Si desea efectuar el pago de derechos mediante cheque certificado o de caja, este puede ser emitido por cualquier institución bancaria, debiendo señalar como beneficiario del pago a la Tesorería de la Federación y agregar una leyenda al reverso del cheque que indique que es para abono en la cuenta 400175 de la TESOFE. En el caso de pagos por cantidades mayores a $50,000.00 M.N. se recomienda sean realizados mediante transferencia electrónica".
