Describe particularly novel and/or effective methods you use to teach innovation & entrepreneurship • Prep for team forming: identify individual project interests, individual technical and teaming skills • Projects from outside clients • Budgeting skills • Quad charts
How do you measure outcomes? • Objectives: communicate effectively with diverse audiences; able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams; develop professional, ethical, & societal responsibility • Outcomes: presentations to bio-industry, health care, and faculty professionals evaluated by faculty-designed rubric; client feedback; Team Developer (McGourty:Wiley)
