AGRO PITEȘTI - Regional Fair for Agriculture

2. About AGRO PITEȘTI Why a Fair dedicated to agriculture at Pitești?... • Because until 2015 there was no such event in Pitesti – Arges County or in neighboring Counties, • Because we strongly believed that local farmers need and deserve to receive as well the latest and the best information about equipment and latest technologies, • Because Pitești is strategically located and allow easy access to farmers from Counties Arges-Valcea-Dâmbovița-Olt; for that reason, Pitesti could became a easy-to-reach destination from all interested farmers / other people with interest in agriculture; • Because a Regional Fair, even small sized like ours, could be the ideal solution to match the access to technology and the demand from clients, both for farmers and sellers;this kind of events are valuable for local farmer who has no longer to travel long distances to “ consecrated ” events. .....Above there are just a few reasons who drove us, first to analyze and then pursue to organize the first edition in 2016 of AGRO PITESTI.

3. Short retrospective of the first 2 edition AGRO PITEȘTI The first 2 editionof AGRO PITESTI from 2016și 2017 were very well received; we organized the Fair in the parking of Jupiter City Complex – the exit to Pitesti Bucharest Highway, witch allowed us to have both an easy access and a generous surface for exhibition. Both events were successful, appreciated both by visitors and those who exhibited, who already sent there consent for attending the next edition – 2018. In 2018 the event will take place in the same location, between April26– April 29, being in correlation with the other similar events organized in Southern Part of Romania.

4. AGRO PITEȘTI – details • International Fair organized with the support of our partners – Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, British- Romanian Chamber of Commerce, Romexpo, Czech Republic Embassy in Romania, Arges County Council, Arges County Prefect Institution, AFIR, APIA, FGCR, Pitești City Hall, Mioveni City Hall, Topoloveni City Hall, Bradu City Hall; • A generous exhibition space in surface of more than 8.000 sqm, with easy access both for visitors and exhibitors, situated in the parking of Jupiter City Complex; • More than 60 exhibitors; • Large variety of exhibitor – from latest agriculture equipment (tractors, …), accesoris (scales, lubricants, tires, etc) and up to traditional agro food; • The inedit aspects of the event – every day folk music and dances performed by folkloric bands from Arges County, cooking-show provided by one of our partners - Fuchs Condimente, every day tombolawith many prizes – (e.g. a pig offered by another partner - Radic Star and a mini hydraulic krane provided by AJG Trucks &Trailers.

FEES* • Fee for exhibitors of equipments: 300 RON • Fee for exhibition space: Aluminum panels, furbished, covered, closed 4 sides: 350 RON/sqm • Fee for exhibition space: Aluminum panels, furbished, covered, closed 3 sides (opened in front): 250 RON/sqm • Fee for exhibion space – not furbished: 40 RON/sqm SERVICES** • Publicity Page (A4, color in the Events’ Catalogue:200 RON/ page • Cover (C2, C3 sau C4) - A4, color, in the Events’ Catalog: 600 RON/ page • 24 H security during exhibionfree of charge • Loading/ unloading services for the equipments (krane)free of charge * Fees are without VAT (19%) ** Publicity services are optional
