Reports – Data Selection vs. Processing Options & the Agency Staffing Report When running a report, you can utilize both Data Selection and Processing Options to control the data displayed on the report. 27
Reports – Data Selection vs. Processing Options & the Agency Staffing Report Review Data Selection by checking the Data Selection box and clicking ‘Submit’ from the Form Exit. 28
Reports – Data Selection vs. Processing Options & the Agency Staffing Report Data Selection will always reflect the original Data Selection assigned when the report version was created. If Data Selection is changed to run a report, the changes will not remain in Data Selection. 29

Processing Options do reflect criteria used the last time the report was run. Any changes made to Processing Options will remain until changed again. 30
