  1. Matchday, Concerts & Events Update Residents Drop-In Session – January 2019 WE ARE LIVERPOOL. THIS MEANS MORE.

Keeping our Community Informed and Involved LFC Progress Update (16 October) Improving Transport • Confirmed dates for residents drop in session for remainder of the season • Dedicated concerts & Major Events surgery confirmed for Monday 10th June 2019 – more detail on how to book an appointment will be provided in due course • Continuing to host monthly meetings with Anfield and Everton Ward Councillors • Ongoing recruitment for Resident Liaison Manager – we currently have an interim team of Liverpool FC Staff undertaking Resident Liaison Manager duties throughout the week and on matchdays • Resident Liaison Hotline (email and phone number) is in place and operational. On average we are receiving: • Three phone calls per week • Six emails per week • Six visits to residents’ homes are being conducted by the RLM team each week • Transport surveys being undertaken in Oct/Nov with fans, casual staff and permanent staff • Results will be reviewed with Council, Merseytraveletc at transport meeting set for 13th November • Bus parking issues relayed to Stagecoach and being actively monitored • Coach parking strategy under review

Keeping our Community Informed and Involved LFC Progress Update (16 October) Improving Transport • ‘Anfield Residents Hub’ to be launched on club’s website by end of January where residents can keep up to date with the latest information regarding matchday improvements, concerts and events at Anfield Stadium, and what’s going on in the local community • Residents' privacy to be prioritised with comprehensive ‘Privacy Notice’ sitting on Anfield Residents Hub explaining use of personal information and residents' rights • Drop-in dates, Residents Hotline and fixtures, concerts and events dates included in December/January Red Neighbours newsletter • Initial draft of overall Communications Strategy/Community Engagement plan for concerts and Major Events presented to Ward Councillors for feedback. Final draft to be submitted to Liverpool City Council at the end of the month. • Each concert/Major Event will have its own targeted communications plan which will include direct communications with residents and local businesses which will include information regarding timings, road closures, residents access pass and contact details • Transport surveys being undertaken in Oct/Nov with fans, casual staff and permanent staff • Results will be reviewed with Council, Merseytraveletc at transport meeting set for 13th November • Bus parking issues relayed to Stagecoach and being actively monitored • Coach parking strategy under review

Keeping the Neighbourhood Tidy LFC Progress Update (16 October) Improving Transport • To help keep our neighbourhood tidy we have implemented the following measures: • LFC street cleaning resources doubled and work both on matchdays and the day after every match • Street washing machine purchased and operates the day after each match • Installed new bins around the Stadium site • Held discussions with Liverpool City Council regarding extra bins in local area on matchdays • Offer made to provide local food outlets for free bins by LFC • Larger bins permanently placed along Walton Breck Road • Larger bins provided to catering outlets open on matchday next to Skerries Road and The Park • Transport surveys being undertaken in Oct/Nov with fans, casual staff and permanent staff • Results will be reviewed with Council, Merseytraveletc at transport meeting set for 13th November • Bus parking issues relayed to Stagecoach and being actively monitored • Coach parking strategy under review

Improving Transport LFC Progress Update (16 October) Improving Transport • Matchdays: • Bus parking issues relayed to Stagecoach and being actively monitored with minor adjustments to 917 operation on Walton Breck Road having a positive effect • Coach parking strategy under review • Options being sought to provide a coach drivers rest area • Merseytravel & Stagecoach have confirmed that buses will run during the times that road closures are open • Transport Working Group met in November with further meetings scheduled for January and March 2019 • Concerts and Major Events: • Each major event will have its own bespoke travel management plan and this will be communicated prior to each event • LFC are actively working to minimise road closures during major events and these will be communicated to residents in advance • Transport surveys being undertaken in Oct/Nov with fans, casual staff and permanent staff • Results will be reviewed with Council, Merseytraveletc at transport meeting set for 13th November • Bus parking issues relayed to Stagecoach and being actively monitored • Coach parking strategy under review

Effective Parking Enforcement • Matchdays: • We are discussing the following potential measures with the Liverpool City Council : • Responsiveness to illegal parking on matchdays • Options to increase fines for illegal parking • Potential for wheel clamping and vehicle towing being raised with LCC • Desire to see a significant increase in volume of enforcement notices being issued • Consistency of approach by parking enforcement to the streets immediately surrounding the ground. • Concerts & Major Events: • The Football Match Parking Zone (FMPZ) will now run from August – June from 10am – Midnight daily, incorporating concerts and Major Events

  7. Stopping Anti-Social Behaviour • Matchdays: • LFC has worked with supporters groups to establish a grassroots fan campaign which will be launched ahead of the Crystal Place game (19th January) • Signage discouraging anti-social behaviour is in place around the Stadium including external signage in fan zones, pitch side LEDs and concourse TV advertisements • Additional WC facilities provided at perimeter of stadium including Anfield Comprehensive Site, Stanley Car Park, Stanley Park, Anfield Road Car Park, Sir Kenny Dalglish Car Park, Esso Garage, Paisley Square and Blessington Road • Additional CCTV camera funding agreed – working with LCC to identify key areas for monitoring • Fan behaviour being observed in local area on matchdays

Stopping Anti-Social Behaviour • Concerts & Major Events: • There will be a wider WC provision for concerts which LFC are actively planning • A wider CCTV programme will be established for concerts and Major Events • The recent improvements including street cleansing, litter picking, signage etc. will also be in place for concerts and Major Events

  9. Giving Back to the Community • Resident Tickets/Ballot: • Resident event ticket allocation reserved for each concert, 25 pairs of tickets per concert • For 2019 those residents who live within a high impact area of the perimeter of the stadium will be invited to apply to be in the ballot for tickets, this area covers over 250 households • Applications to be in the ballot will be issued in early 2019 with the ballot being drawn in March 2019 • Car Parking Profit: • The minimum amount available from the summer 2019 events will be £30,000 • We are looking for your feedback on the best ways to spend this money to benefit the local community, please let us have your ideas today on the feedback forms provided • We will then share the ideas with Ward Councilors and residents to establish which have the most support

Giving Back to the Community Resident Tickets/Ballot: FEBRUARY • RESIDENTS CAN ENTER FOR UP TO 3 EVENTS • LETTER FOR ENTRY WILL BE SENT TO HOME OWNER • RESIDENTS CAN APPLY ONLINE OR COME TO THE DROP IN SESSION AND ASSISTANCE WILL BE GIVEN TO SUBMIT FORM • TWO TICKETS PER HOUSEHOLD • 25 PAIRS OF TICKETS PER CONCERT AVAILABLE ONLINE DATA COLLECTION AND INPUT TO BALLOT VIA RESIDENTS HUB MAIL SENT OUT FOR DATA COLLECTION AND INPUT TO BALLOT MARCH ONLINE DATA COLLECTION AND INPUT TO BALLOT VIA RESIDENTS HUB RESIDENT DROP IN BALLOT ENTRIES SUBMITTED IN PERSON APRIL RESIDENTS NOTIFIED OF BALLOT
