  1. Mutual of Omaha Go to www.naaleads.com and log in Put your cursor over Carriers and select Mutual of Omaha

Getting Forms • You can get product information under the TLE Highlight Sheet and TLE product GuideFor Downloadable Applications • Click on Online MoO Forms • Select: • Company: United of Omaha • Service Type: New Business • State: wherever they live • Product Type: Term Life • Product Name: Term Life Express • Click Lookup

  3. Printing Applications • Click on Email or print • Put in their email and yours • You can also type a message • Click Send

  4. Downloading Software • To download the Mutual of Omaha Software • Go to www.naaleads.com • Click on Carriers- Mutual of Omaha • Scroll down the screen • Click on Step 1 • After Step 1 is finished click on Step 2 • Go in the quoting Software and click on the internet update

Running Mutual of Omaha Quote • Click on Product List • Select Term Life Express • Fill in Client Name • Select Gender • Put in their Age • Select Smoker or Non Smoker • Select the State they live in • On the left of the quoting Software you select the tab for the next page • Click on Policy Options

Policy Options • Select: • Solve for: Premium Solve • Term Plan: 30 – 20 – or 15 • Face Amount: 50,000 – 250,000 • Premium Mode: BSP (Monthly) • At the bottom of the screen it will give you a guideline while you are entering in the data • The Quoting Software will not allow you to put in the wrong information. • Click on the Riders Tab • Select Yes to add riders • Select the riders that you want for the client • At the bottom of the screen it will give you information about each rider

  7. Getting the Quote Click View • After you click view go to page 2 • This will show you all the information about the policy • It will tell you the cost of each rider • The Total Annual Premium • The Monthly Premium The Bottom of page 2 and 3 will give you more information about the policy

  8. The Application • On the application go to page 4 • This is the underwriting questions • If they answer yes to any of these questions they are not eligible for Mutual of Omaha • Send all your business to 1214 Turrentine St. Burlington, NC 27215Attention: Page Frazier
