  8. Gears We directed our focus on one of the requirements: Three meters= three seconds This was done with trial and error. Many gear combos What we finally did: driver- 15 driven- 45 driven- 45

  9. Assembling We went through many trials 75 gear could not be used as the driver gear Would not fit behind wheel Placing the wheel depended on the size of the gear we used- height of ground

  10. Patience Patience is KEY Collaboration with other members always helps. Finding where to place what was an issue that was solved with measuring space The gear ratio calculations enabled us to see what would make the car go faster with what we had

  11. Confused… We made a gear train…that worked But extra gears were used that had no purpose One gear was not connected to any wheel While others did have an affect More friction was added for no reason

  12. Simplicity 15 gear is driver 45 gear is driven Connected to another 45 gear placed behind the wheel Gear ratio 3-1 Speed...? INDEED 

  13. Satisfaction We made sure we accommodated everyone’s requests! According to our data and surveys we are sure our car will appeal to children ages 6-10 and other various ages. These characters are timeless!
