  3. Guidance • Draft should be available there. • Developed for inclusion into the Program Delivery Guide. • Centers around last discussion with PCC • No regulations now – include in 25 CFR Part 170 update. • Format • Will discuss some specific issues shortly.

Application(s) • 4 in one • Separate sections for: • Safety Planning • Enforcement and EMS • Education • Engineering Projects • Setting up so can fill out cover and one or multiple areas – but ranked separately. • Grounded in safety planning! • Discuss scoring in a moment • Not distributed today – need to resolve scoring, etc.

Scoring Criteria Safety Plans All approved if no plan Others based on time since last plan No funding if less than 2 years old Engineering projects Does applicant have data to support Is the project recommended in an RSA Is the project recommended in a Safety Plan Is the project on a BIA or Tribal FACILITY vs State/local Higher score for BIA and Tribal Are these funds leveraged with others Are there other complimentary efforts that have been funded or are requesting TTSP funds.
