Setting up of the System for Measuring PYLL and Analysis of the Results WP1 leader: University of Eastern Finland Expected results: • A model of a reliable death register • Analytical programme for calculation of PYLL rates • Reporting system for PYLL-rates • Analysis of the results
Formulation of Strategic Intervention Plan WP2 leader: Baltic Region Healthy Cities Association Expected results: • Strategic plan for overcoming preventable premature mortality and morbidity • Adoption of strategic intervention plan based on consensus meeting(s) with stakeholders • 1 seminar held
Implementation of Action: Management of Change WP3 leader: The NGO Development Centre Expected results: • Implementation of action with highest possible health gain in the target population • 6 information-consultation meetings and 2 seminars held
Dissemination of PYLL Practice WP4 leader: Baltic Region Healthy Cities Association Expected results: • Information about the project, it’s results and PYLL practice in the RF and ND area • Information materials published online and project brochures published • 1 seminar, 1 final conference
