Creating new active partnerships - GreenSaver Account Act as a reservoir of finance for the renewables company, issue share certificates, statements and payment receipts etc Automatic dividend payments into shareholder's accounts, BACS transfers and withdrawals. Create new local markets of potential share purchasers. An active partner. Share financial expertise across the community sector.

Capacity • Initial feasibility carried out in 2010 commissioned by local community group • Established capacity for approx 100kW generator • Estimated project cost £475k • Estimated annual income £80k - £100kfor 20 years • November 2010 – negotiated exclusivity deal (and rent schedule) with British Waterways
