7. Stonebriar Centre is a shopping mall located at the intersection of (Preston Road) and SH 121 in Frisco, Texas (USA). It contains six major department store anchors, a 24-screen movie theater, an NHL size ice arena, and a total of 165 tenants renting over 1,630,000 square feet (151,000 m2) gross leasable area.

Challenge: Vratsinas Construction Company (VCC), general contractor and manager for the $80 million, 1.5 million square foot Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, Texas, needed a reliable way to manage the communications between the owner, architect, engineer, fifty contractors and up to 500 on-site people.
