  1. PAUL ON TRIAL BEFORE FELIX – PT 2 ACTS 24: 13-16 If you were on trial for being a Christian… Would there be enough evidence to CONVICTyou?

  2. BELIEFFUELSBEHAVIOR

  3. JAMES 2:20-24 2:20You foolish person, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless? 21 Was not our father Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? 22 You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. 23 And the scripture was fulfilled that says, ‘Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,’and he was called God’s friend. 24 You see that a person is considered righteous by what they do and not by faith alone.

  4. JAMES 1:13-15 1:13When tempted, no one should say, ‘God is tempting me.’ For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14 but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. 15 Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

  5. Acts 24:16 “So… I strive always to keep my conscience clear… before God and man.”

  6. Frederick Douglas “I prefer to be true to myself, even at the hazard of incurring the ridicule of others, rather than to be false, and to incur my own abhorrence.”
