Classified WAE authority may be renewed under delegated authority if the appointee’s hours worked do not exceed 1245 in a 12 month period. ** Any authority for an appointee to exceed the 1245 hour limit must be approved by the SCS Commission. Unclassified WAE authority may be renewed by the Director if hours worked do not exceed 1245 in a 12 month period.
