Coloured diamonds are further classified based on intensity, but in Red Diamond there exists only one grade: Fancy Red. Many Red Diamonds do contain secondary colours like Purple, Brown, and orange. Nonetheless, the stronger the red colour, the higher the value of the diamond. The value of any Red Diamond is fairly evaluated using the principle of the 4C's. When determining the cost of a particular diamond, the colour makes a huge impact on the cutting of the stone as well as the pricing of the stone.
