  2. Company Background • RVB Shorlube Pvt. Ltd.a Powder Metallurgy unit in North India at Kanpur location. The company has been formed by takeover of M/s ACL Powder Metallurgy division, Australia (M/s ACL was largest Powder Metallurgy / Sintered Components manufacturing company in Australia) & M/s Shorlube Industries (Largest PM part distributor in Australia), Australia. After takeover, both the companies decided to transfer full manufacturing setup (PM / Sintered Components Plant) to India and now we setup a new plant at new location in Kanpur, UP India. • SHORLUBE, AUSTRALIAFormed by M/s ACL Bearing Company Australia for Powder Metallurgy part distributor. M/s RVB Shorlube has taken over this company with all rights. Now this company is run by M/s RVB Shorlube Management. “SHORLUBE” is our brand name. Capability of Tool & Secondary Operation We have separate unit for Secondary operation / Machining operation & Tool manufacturing by name of RMV Machine and Tools. • RMV Machine and Tools have all kind modern machines like CNC Turning, CNC VMC, Auto Drilling/ Tapping Machine, Press Fitting Machine, Duplex Surface Grinding, Center Less Grinder, Lapping, OD & ID Grinding Machine & ID Honing Machine etc for achieved precision tolerance by machining operation / secondary operation. • We are also very strong in tool design & tool manufacturing because we have world class in–house tool room facility.
