Inspection Plan 1.Inspecting Methods Full Inspection AQL sample Inspection Special Inspection 1 2 3 AQL sampling is a kind of inspection method according to AQL standard random sampling inspection. AQL sampling under normal circumstances using AQL (Level II) level of a sampling program. AQL is ACCEPT QUALITY LEVEL short, is an international sampling test standards, the Chinese means "quality acceptance level." AQL sampling test standard is equivalent to GB GB / T 2828.1. Special inspection refers to only a large part of the inspection of goods or only a test of a test method. When there is a serious defect in a part of a large cargo, you need to do a special inspection, for example: only testing zipper drop paint, only testing the color, only checking the size, only testing packaging, do not test other parts. Full inspection includes 100% full inspection or a certain percentage of "full inspection", such as 30% inspection. The whole batch of large goods do not exist the results pass or not, the factory needs to be retrieved on-site defective goods rework, and then re-check until the test qualified, products failed will directly go to the disposal of waste 。

Such as minor dirt, thread and so on. These defects are obvious, that seriously does not meet product standards and affect the performance of the product, as well as affect the sales, such as severe color, large size deviation. The defects that does not meet the product with fatal hidden dangers to people, such as sewing needle, electric leakage, sharp metal objects.. Defects Division: when a single product does not meet the national standard or enterprise standard technical requirements, it will be is described as a defect. According to the defects & product standards, product performance, and the impact on sales, the defects are divided into three categories. Inspecting Items and Methods Package Inspection 1 Compliance test 2 The inspector should check the style, structure, material, attachment, color, feel and so on according to the confirmation, technical information. When inspecting the labels and packages, the following items must be tested: color, size, composition, racks, bar code, price, brand label, brand listing, promotion listing, matching the order or not, packages. • Workmanship Inspection/onsite tests • Size inspection 4 3 The customer will provide a guide of size table and measurement. Generally the sample rate is 10%, but at least 2 per size. Base on QC file, design drawing and tolerance measure bulks, weigh bulks. Create data chart list in report, out of tolerance highlight the data to remind clients

Only customer have right to decide release the goods or not. 3rd party don’t have this right. If there is any dispute, the inspector will seal one or two representative samples with IQS stickers then deliver to customer. And IQS can keep one bulk sample after get confirmation from customers.

Other matters Choices of inspection type Regularly inspection photos includes : outer box, box mark, open the outer box, packaging methods, inside and outside of the products, product details, trademarks and listing, representative defects and so on. Quality technology 2 • Major customers and success cases April 2015, a T-shirt supplier manufacturers of a US client HSN, was found that a large light-colored T-shirt surface generally blue stain phenomenon in the middle inspection. The reasons were found that coastal weather humidity was quite High, while the T-shirt is not completely dry after ironing and directly packaged, resulting in the blue color on the packaging bag were copied to the light-colored T-shirt surface. Our company suggested to use copy paper in the bag to T-shirt and packaging bags, that separated from each other, which effectively solve the problem. This event directly restore the economic losses of nearly 100,000 yuan. • 2.Successful cases 1 3 • In August 2014, a kind of sweater from a US client, there is no problem of the appearance, quality, size, information. When the inspectors tried on, found that the collar was so small that cannot fit on. The reason was that factory use a non-stretch nylon belt to pressure the collar, but no one found this problem, which helped the customers avoid the loss of about 150,000 yuan, reflecting the value of third-party inspection. In 2014, our company provided the camel (Fujian) Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. with a large cargo inspection service. Through one year's service, the factory pass rate was raised from 97.3% to 99.5% and 2.2% respectively. The inspection management cost was decreased 20 million than last year; and we also effectively reduced the fairness and integrity of the complaints.
