  1. Time Management Tips for OET Listening Sub-test OET Listening Sub-test The OET Listening sub-test consists of three listening tasks and takes around 40 minutes to complete. Each listening task contains several healthcare-related audio recordings and various question items. The listening section is designed to assess a wide range of listening skills such as identifying specific information, supporting details, arguments, and the speaker’s purpose.

Time Management Tips for OET Listening Sub-test Managing your time plays a critical role in achieving a high band score in the OET Listening Sub- test. Aside from attending review classes in OET Makati, it is also vital to look for several time management tips that can help boost your exam preparation and ace the listening test. To help you accomplish this, read and follow these four simple yet effective time management tips: 1. Identify the prompt length of each listening task. The following is a list of the listening task and their corresponding time frames, number of audio recordings and question items: Part A – Consultation Extracts  15 minutes  Two recorded health professional-patient consultations  One note completion task for each audio recording. Part B – Short Workplace Extracts  10 minutes  Six recorded extracts  One multiple-choice question for each extract. Part C – Presentation Extracts  15 minutes  Two long recorded healthcare-related extracts  Six multiple-choice questions for each extract. 2.
