Cooktown Expo 2020 • The Cooktown Expo 2020 will be a bi-annual event built on the theme “A Shared History” with the following objectives: • Build relationships and capacity in the region • Showcase economic development initiatives and business innovation, with a strong Indigenous focus • Celebrate and promote Cooktown’s unique heritage highlighting Cooktown as a model for reconciliation • Create an opportunity to share innovation, promote progress and foster cooperation and showcase our unique arts and culture • Build a sustainable future for the region • Inspire, challenge and educate
Cooktown Expo 2020 • The Expo will be delivered over 3 weeks in July 2020* • 3 Key Weekends • July 11 – 12:Reconciliation Rocks Music Festival • July 17 – 19:Discovery Festival • July 24 – 26: Endeavour Festival • *The dates and program themes are preliminary only and subject to change.
