Mental Health Technicians • The training assessment need is to reduce turnover rate by training new employees to make them more productive. •Able to observes patients to detect behavior patterns and reports observations to medical staff. •Able to intervenes to restrain violent or potentially violent or suicidal patients by verbal or physical means as required.
Task Analysis • A task analysis identifies the knowledge, skills, attitudes and abilities needed to achieve optimum performance for a group of workers. • Under the supervision of an Registered Nurse is responsible for patient safety, welfare, and the implementation of therapeutic milieu. Serve as a patient observer on a patient care unit who has been assessed to require any degree of observation in order to maximize patient safety. • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with persons of various personality types and levels within the organization. • Ability to be detail oriented and accurate in documenting information.
