  15. ESSO SYNERGY FUELS Improve engine performance Esso Synergy Diesel is designed at a molecular level to keep fuel injectors clean to help improve engine performance. Synergy Diesel Esso’s regular diesel grade. Tests on everyday cars showed that using Esso's Synergy Diesel helped improve fuel economy by an average of 1.8%* Synergy Supreme+ Diesel Esso premium diesel contains double the detergent additive of our regular Esso Synergy Diesel, to help give your engine a deeper clean, which in turn helps you get better engine performance and more power. Synergy Supreme+ Diesel Esso Synergy Unleaded petrol contains an additive that helps remove engine deposits. Engine deposits can reduce your fuel economy. Values *Claims based on testing on diesel vehicles purchased on the UK used car market and independently tested at Mahle, UK. Fuel economy was assessed in the condition vehicles were received. Testing occurred over 4000 km using Esso Synergy Diesel and the average increase in fuel economy in the cars tested was 1.8%. Fuel economy may vary depending on factors such as engine type, engine condition, driving style, and diesel previously used.

  17. TESCO CLUBCARD POINTS FOR DRIVERS Your drivers can collect Tesco Clubcard points on purchase of Petrol and Diesel at participating Esso branded service stations in the UK. Values Points are issued on the basis of 1 (one) point for every £3 (three pounds) spent on fuel at Esso Tesco Express sites, or 1 (one) point for every 2 (two) litres of fuel purchased at other participating Esso sites.

  18. VAT RECLAIM Save time and boost cashflow As an Esso Card™ customer, you can receive VAT refunds on your fuel purchases across Europe – just two weeks from the date of your invoice. So instead of waiting several months for your VAT recovery, you can get on with enjoying all the benefits of an improved cash flow – including a better ability to plan and operate, and reduced pressure on your finances.. Values • With our VAT Reclaim partner ATS, we can offer a choice of refund options: • Normal VAT Refund (best suited when net invoicing is not possible for your company or in the countries where you bought fuel) • Monthly VAT Refund (VAT refunds from all non-Esso Card™ invoices are paid to you each month)

TOLL SOLUTIONS A smoother journey with on board units With different toll road systems, choice of routes and various payment mechanisms, it can sometimes be difficult to find the best route for your drivers as well as the fastest way to reach your customers. However, by using a toll solution from ESSO CARD™, you can link your fuel card to your onboard units and even use it to pay at the toll gates. Values Using the OBU (the OBU that ESSO CARD™ customers can use for vehicles above 3.5t) , you can make payments not only in France, but also in Spain, Portugal and the Liefkenshoektunnel.
