  3. Testing • PSAT in the fall of sophmore year • Practice SAT in Spring of sophmore year • ASVAB various times during the year • Actual SAT various times during the year • Actual ACT various times during the year

  4. Career Cruising • www.careercruising.com • Create your own personal portfolio or profile • Achieve 100% every year • Update each year • Fill out profile with accurate information • See Mrs. Pak for login information

  5. Exploring • Attend a Career Center field trip • Attend the annual College and Career Fair at SLHS • Attend one or more college presentations or visits at SLHS • ASVAB Test • Volunteer at different types of activities or organizations

  6. Exploring Continued… • Start to think about college/university choices • Visit college/university campuses this summer • Begin applying for scholarships in Spring/Summer • Get involved: job, sport, club, hobby, etc.
