School Evaluation Dashboard The ‘School Evaluation Dashboard’ facilitates the school to provide consolidated self-evaluation report in key performance domains and core standards, including action for improvement. It also reflects consolidated information about the school. This information is for the ‘self-use’ of the school and can be used to recapitulate the overall performance of your school.

  3. School Evaluation Dashboard Basic information about learners and teachers The basic information about learners, learning outcomes and teachers are interlinked to the key performance areas of the school.

  4. Leaner’s Profile and Learning outcomes Demographic Profile Learners’ demographic profile provides a holistic picture of the social composition of learners in the school.

  5. How to Calculate Annual Attendance Rate ? Total Annual Attendance of all students Annual Attendance Rate = -------------------------------------------------------------- X 100 Total No. of Students x Annual Instructional Days Class wise annual attendance rate Class wise annual attendance rate reflects the consistency of learners in attending the school. It is also important because students are more likely to succeed in academics when they attend school consistently.

Example to calculate the Annual Attendance Rate If, The total number of prescribed Instructional Days = 220 Total Annual Attendance of 50 students of a particular class = 9850 No. of Boys = 30 Then use the formula Total Annual Attendance of all students Average Annual Rate = -------------------------------------------------------------- X 100 Total No. of Students x Annual Instructional Days Therefore, Total Annual Attendance of Boys = 6200

Learning outcomes is an important determinant for evaluating the success of the schools; • The number of students should be entered in percentage in Learning Outcomes annually • Language 1 and Language 2 to be filled as provided by the State • The subjects with low performance must be mentioned
