WHO – Faculty/Staff/Students with only off campus classes; (remote sites); Distance Learning students (via internet); Emeritus HOW – Items sent to another location for distribution to patron; electronically sent items to patron from our databases; items found on the web electronically sent to patron; E-mail notification that a book that we own has been pulled and placed on the Hold Shelf(faculty only); Eres documents are entered through Doc Del
