BA principal subject Accounting • The subject aims to provide knowledge, understanding, intellectual and practical skills that will equip you for a complex and changing business environment. • We cover for example financial and management accounting, audit and finance along with other, broader skills, such as law and information systems. • Degree taken with appropriate options is fully accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) with exemptions available from the other major Professional Accounting Bodies.
