  4. 1 – The Association 1 - 1 ATB • Association created in 1966 (Legal Status : Non-profit Making Organisation) • Help people who are in fact mentally ill patients to reintegrate into the professional environment • Subcontractor of steel, wood, needlework and PVC(Transform raw materials into products like beds, drawers, mobile-homes) • Still in expansion, over 160 employees Delpech Pierrick - Lusven Servane OGP2 – MP 4/20

  18. 5 – Recommendations and Conclusion - Savoir faire face aux aléas de la production, - Nécessité d’être bien organisé et de bien gérer son temps, - Savoir imposer ses idées et prendre le temps d’expliquer, dialoguer, Ouverture par la suite : - Possibilité d’affiner la partie Gestion Commerciale et Technique, - Gérer les stocks (prévoir un inventaire), - Gérer la planification.
