Health professionals: Medicine (GPs, Psychiatrists), Dentists Multidisciplinary groups - Community Health Centre staff, Mental Health teams In 2009 CDDHV provided education/professional development sessions to: We now use the ‘Health and Disability’ package as the foundation of our teaching.

Health and Disability: Partnerships in Action was developed through: Interprofessional collaboration between: • People with disabilities and their families and carers. • clinicians and educators from (in alpha order!): Dentists, Dietitians, elearning professionals, Medical Practitioners, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists & Students With a focus on: • Interprofessional education and practice • Disability Health
