Objectives: • Provide access to the UPU international electronic remittance service • Ensure the high quality of services • Associate with postal account-based services
Tariffs have been reduced by 30 to 50% and are now comprised between 2 and 4% • 61% more money orders in 9 months • New methodology applicable to other regions and projects
