Appreciation days and dance • P5 forms ASAP (you have until the end of this Friday—I will use the ones I have) • Appreciation day: have to summarize what you did, how it was received and what you could do differently-due by next class
Volunteers • We need 21 volunteers for Tuesday, May 14th (Not the entire day)—visiting Japanese students • 18-to pair up with a student (greet in morning, eat lunch with partner, say good bye) • 3 to direct (you would be just a minute or 2 late for your classes on that day and would have to leave just a few minutes before the end of your classes) • Don’t forget this Friday and Saturday if you are helping with the picnics/fairs
PHOTO-OP • Friday right after school all students involved in Live to Give are getting a photo as we present the cheque to Free the Children (big gym). • Event today at lunch(Kara, Eli, Sam R.)
Canada Day in May • Lots of Fraser and McMillan kids • Run through on Thursday next week (have your box and all your supplies)
Gr 12 events • Retreat, Yale wear/magazine drive, Live to Give, Pep Rally, CDiM • I need P5s and a checklist of what needs to be done for your given event (one page only) • Pep rally moved to Friday, June 7th ;-)
