  2. Quick Overview • Event Producer – 32nd Milestone • Location – Gurgaon • Date – 27th September • Time – 6pm to 11pm

  3. Overall Program • Our concept for the event is to deliver positive entertainment for the community through music and art by expressing the diversity through Traditional Garbha and Dandiya

  4. The main Event • The event will be hosted at the main lawn of 32nd Milestone with an estimated gathering of 1500 people. The event is planned to be a family friendly atmosphere with an intent of delivering a cultural theme in the youths with Garbha and Dandiya dance.

  5. Event needs • We are looking forwards for the sponsorships from all types of corporations to assist us with the production of the large scale event. The event will be catering to more than 1500 people throught the course of the event. There is also a huge demand for top brand products at the event in which we could use monetary donations to assist us with acquiring these products and services.

  6. Event itinerary • Event promotion begins: 25th August, 2014 • Sponsorship commitment deadline: 15th September, 2014 • Sponsorship fees deadline: 20th September, 2014 • Event date: 27th September, 2014

  8. Marketing & promotion • This event will be marked as a cultural event for youth as well as adult and kids and will be promoted across Delhi/NCR region. • The event will be publicized in print publications, internet & local newspapers. • Market areas will include: Delhi/ncr regions.

  9. Title sponsorship • The title sponsor will be listed as an official sponsor of the event. • Your company’s name and logo will appear in all internal and external communications in the event promotion. • Banner will be displayed at the venue.

  10. Co-sponsorship • The co-sponsor will be listed as a major sponsor for the event. • Flyers with the company’s logo and name will be distributed in all the outlets of 32nd milestone.
