State of play of negotiations on NSRF and OP All National Strategic Reference Frameworks (NSRF) delivered by Member States at 5 March 2007. By 7 June 2007 - 12 has been completed by the Commission. These contain information about the national strategy, objectives to be achieved, the number of Operational Programmes, the split between cohesion instruments and the delivery systems By 7. June 2007: 373 out of 544 Operational Programmes have been delivered covering more than 90% of the agreed financial perspectives amounts 35 out of 69 European Territorial Cooperation Programmes Approval of all NSRF during July and OP during autumn 2007
