  9. MACE Process at NTC (STX) Continue Mission - MACE at BAS within 6 hours of mission complete POI Yes Soldier / Unit -RTD No No Soldier / Unit -RTD Medic - Red Flags present? BAS - MACE Positive? NOTE:During STX, reconstitution is immediate. TBI casualties from the day will report to the BAS for MACE at the conclusion of training but will not be forced to rest for 6 hours until FSO. Leadership training & enforcement • MACE is not a diagnostic tool and is not used at the tactical level……..it is a forcing function to ensure medical treatment of your Soldier • Tracking recurring events is as important as treatment • LEADERS must know enforce the standard Every Concussive Event! Evaluate Treat Document
