IMPORT CFS WAREHOUSE • Total area: 18,000 sqm • Capacity of 12,500 pallets • Forklift: 74 pcs • 33 battery pcs (indoor) – type 2MTs • 41 diesel pcs (outdoor) – type 2-3.5MTs • CCTV system : 115 pcs, data recorded within 90 days. • Fully equipped with auto-fire alarm system & sprinkler system • Racking system: 6 layers • Staff: 118 people per shift (excl. workers)

EXPORT CFS WAREHOUSE • Total area: 6,250 sqm • Capacity of 3,500 pallets • Forklift: 27 pcs: • 15 battery pcs (indoor) – type 2.5 MTs • 12 diesel pcs (outdoor)- type 2.5 MTs • CCTV system: 86 pcs (in & out), data recorded within 90 days • Fully equipped with auto-fire alarm system & sprinkler system • Racking system: 5 layers • Staff: 48 people per shift (excl. workers)

BONDED WAREHOUSE • Warehouse: “ KNQ TAN CANG SG BQP “ • Location: 2nd Floor, WHS No.5, Tan Cang - Cat Lai Terminal • Total area: 13,350 sqm, in which: • Warehouse area: 6,250 sqm • CY area: 7,000 sqm • Customs office area: 100 sqm • Start operation: December 2015 • No. of gate: 5 gates (using 5 elevators) • Charging room: 1 room • CCTV: 23 pcs, data recorded within 365 days

  10. GENERAL WAREHOUSE • Total area: 8.500 sqm • Fully 6-layer racking system • Equipped with Fire prevention & fighting system • Camera system • Diversified cargo : Consumer goods/ Materials/ Machines, etc

ADVANTAGES OF CAT LAI’S WAREHOUSE • Cost & time saving: • WHS is located inside Cat Lai Port , there is no extra costs for trucking cont from WHS to the POL • Cut-off time is shortened compared to other ICDs out side the port • WHS is new built with modern design and well-equipped. • Gate C with 4 lanes is put into operation specifically for trucks less than 15 MTs which help to reduce the traffic jam. • There are various consolidators with same WHS and it’s easy to co-load the cargoes. • WHS staff are well trained & skillful.
