Intergovernmental Organizations as Actors (IGOs) • - An international organization, whose membership consists of countries. • Transnational Organizations as Actors • - These organizations operate internationally, but unlike IGOs their membership is private. • Nongovernmental organizations • Multinational corporations (MNCs) or transnational corporations (TNCs) • Terrorist Group
