  7. If a base is simply changed, we call it a substitution mutationTHE POP WAS HOT

  8. Most of the time the message is completely messed up and the cell dies. Rarely, the cell starts to divide like crazy and turns into a tumor. Occasionally the protein is made betterby the change.
