District Committee • Organises Branches in Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe • Attends to grievances in all Branches • Conducts all Branch elections • Represents the District at Conferences
National Executive Council • Implements resolutions of conferences • Governs the union between conferences • Organises all branches and districts • Recommends to conferences on all national development & governance issues for adoption and resolution • Represents the union at national and international meetings/fora
Conference • Receives reports from Branches • Adopts reports from Branches, Districts & NEC • Directs Branches, Districts and NEC on any adopted resolution • Approves annual budget • Adopts Secretariat report • Appoints auditors • Elects NEC • Amends Union Constitution
