CTE Data Governance: MD Value of CTE Data Steward engaged in Data Governance Establishment of the LDS Technical Workgroup for the first SLDS grant • Representatives from each division of PreK -12 (CTE and Special Education) • Required federal reporting for post-high school (so looking at P-20W) Alignment of all data elements & systems requires comprehensive approach • EDEN/EdFacts, CTE, other federal and state programs (MFR,StudentStat) • Assessment of system capacity - internal and external Maryland Governor established P-20 Leadership Council and MLDS Governing Board • Focus on transition points includes Career Development, CTE and workforce • Representative from CTE serves on Interagency Technical Workgroup (ITWG)
